A Little Bit About Us

In May 2018, the Northshore Real Estate Investors Association (REIA) was founded to address the need for a local, consistent real estate investors meet-up. Recognizing the inconvenience of traveling long distances for such events and the prevalence of upselling at local meet-ups, our founder, Courtney Fricke, aimed to create a valuable, pitch-free community on the Northshore.
The Northshore REIA provides a professional platform for local real estate investors to network and gain education. Since January 2019, our meetings have been free, thanks to local sponsors. While we understand the industry offers paid memberships, we strive to differentiate ourselves from gurus and free content by offering quality education without the upsell. In 2024, Cole Frechou, a investor and long-time attendee, took over hosting our meetings. Our gatherings feature local professionals and experienced investors as speakers, fostering a community where networking thrives, and action is encouraged. Whether you're just starting or an experienced investor, we invite you to join our free meet-ups or watch live streams on our Facebook page to connect, learn, and benefit from the resources we provide. About our Main Monthly Meetings.
Every Second Tuesday of the month you will find us meeting at the conference room at the We Stay Suites in Covington, LA.

You're welcome to arrive a little early to network before the meeting starts. Our meetings typically start at 6:30PM but the doors open for 6:00PM. These meetings are now FREE to attend thanks to our local sponsors!
